I work with clients of most ages—from adolescents to seniors. Some common reasons why people want to work with me include (but are not limited to):​

  • General nutrition counseling and guidance 

  • Pre-diabetes

  • Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes 

  • Pre/Post natal nutrition

  • Gestational diabetes

  • Digestive Disorders (including IBS, GERD, Celiac Disease)

  • Heart Health/Cardiac Disease

  • Anyone who wants to improve their lifestyle with the foods they eat and obtain a new mental outlook on life! 

First, we will set up a  *FREE* discovery call so that I can learn about your goals! 

Before our initial session, you will receive an email for a link to set up your Healthie Account. This is the service we will communicate on via video and will also be used for billing. 

You will fill out the new patient forms via Healthie, which will include a questionnaire so that I can learn more about you, significant medical history, medications, recent lab work (if you would like me to see it), etc.

At our initial appointment, we’ll review the questionnaire together, set goals, and go into a more individualized picture of what your balanced, mindful, empowered life looks like!

Make sure to sit in a place that is as quiet as possible, with minimal distractions (i.e children/pets). Be sure to check that your internet connection is working, and that there is enough lighting. Otherwise, as long as you have filled out your questionnaire and emailed it back to me prior to our session, you are all set!

I have a minimum of 24 hours / 1 business day cancellation policy. So a Monday appointment needs to be cancelled by Friday. Otherwise you will be charged the full fee for your reserved time.

I work on a fee-for-service model and do not participate in any insurance plans at this time.
